Operations Specialist at Advexure

Jim Colombo has a long and varied work history. Jim began their career in 1997 as a Motorcycle Guide and Customer Experience Planner for Edelweiss Bike Travel, where they launched new guided adventure motorcycle tours with BMW Motorrad North America. Jim then moved on to become a Tour Manager for Big Head Todd and The Monsters in 2000 and a Producer for E-Town Live Radio Show in 1998. In 2007, Jim took on the role of Director of Operations at Restaurant Graham Elliot, and then went on to become the General Manager at Five Crowns in 2011. Jim then held the role of Project Manager at Dory Deli from 2016 to 2018, and at Watson's Soda Fountain and Cafe from 2018 to 2022. Currently, Jim is an Operations Specialist at Advexure and a Visual Observer at C2 Group - San Diego.

Jim Colombo has a varied educational background. Jim attended Prescott College in 1996-1998, where they studied Wilderness Leadership. Jim then attended Cook Street School of Culinary Arts in 2004, where they studied Culinary Arts and Related Services. In 1988-1990, they attended School of Visual Arts, where they studied Photography. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including a Precision Agriculture Pilot from DroneAviate UAS Group, LLC in August 2022, a Structure/Asset Inspection Workshop from DroneAviate UAS Group, LLC in July 2022, a UAS Mapping Pilot Workshop from DroneAviate UAS Group, LLC in June 2022, an Advanced Pilot Workshop from DroneAviate UAS Group, LLC in May 2022, and an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot from the Federal Aviation Administration in July 2021.
