Alaina Parks

Alaina Parks has a diverse work experience in various roles. Alaina started as the Office Manager/Senior Instructor at Great Play in December 2013, where they handled office management, customer engagement, and conducted classes. In December 2014, they became a Lead Teacher at Creative Minds Early Learning Center Inc, being responsible for curriculum development, maintaining a safe learning environment, and resolving conflicts with parents. Alaina joined Advice Local in October 2016 as an Account Manager, responsible for customer satisfaction, client retention, and account growth. Alaina later transitioned to the role of Client Operations Manager in June 2021, where they continue to excel.

From 2012 to 2014, Alaina Parks attended Tarleton State University, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. Alaina did not obtain a degree during this time.
