Kimberly Clouse

Partner Advisor at AdvicePeriod

Kimberly Clouse delivers family office services to a select group of clients with whom she works. For more than 20 years, Kimberly’s clients have benefited from the comprehensive and integrated approach that the country’s largest families use to manage their wealth. Kimberly helps families make well-informed decisions about their entire balance sheet and presents value-added opportunities, streamlines financial affairs, manages risk, and minimizes taxes and fees. She collaborates closely with other client advisory team members.

Immediately prior to joining AdvicePeriod, Kimberly was the CEO and Founder of Via Global Advisors, an independent multi-family office. As CEO of Hale and Dorr Wealth Advisors, she defined the company’s strategy and oversaw the turnaround of the firm. Early in her career, Kimberly worked at Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan, and later served as Managing Director of Athena Capital Advisors, a firm specializing in institutional-sized private clients.

Kimberly is an active member of YPO Gold, the graduate organization of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), a global leadership organization of chief executives. She serves on the board of the Coolidge Corner Theater Foundation, an independent, non-profit cultural institution, as well as the investment committee of the Brookline Community Foundation. Kimberly served on the Board of Directors of Market Street Trust Company (the Houghton family office), on the Board of the private trust company for a Midwestern-based family, and chaired the Advisory Board of Covestor, one of the first “Robo advisors.”

Kimberly earned her MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated summa cum laude from Rice University.
