Karan Bhardiya

Karan Bhardiya has a strong background in the field of automotive brakes design and development. Karan is currently serving as the Head of Research and Development at Advik Hi-Tech Pvt Ltd, where they lead a team of 40 individuals and oversees design, development, and testing activities for hydraulic and mechanical braking systems. Prior to that, Karan held managerial positions at Ola Electric Mobility Pvt. Ltd. and Endurance Technologies Ltd., where they were responsible for brakes and suspension design. Karan also gained valuable experience at General Motors Technical Centre India Private Limited as a Brake and Suspension DRE at both Level 1 and Level 2. Karan started their career as an Executive in Brakes Design and Development at Endurance Technologies, where they quickly progressed to the role of Assistant Manager. Throughout their career, Karan has demonstrated expertise in braking system design, particularly in the area of combi brakes technologies for two-wheelers.

Karan Bhardiya holds a Master of Technology (MTech) in Automotive Engineering Technology from the Automotive Research Association of India. Prior to that, they completed an M-Tech in Automotive Engineering from Veltech Technical University. Their undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Mechanical Engineering from Maharashtra Institute of Technology Aurangabad. In 2017, Karan also obtained a certification in Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) as a Black Belt from General Motors.
