Meredith Rogers

Meredith Rogers has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Meredith currently holds the position of Principal Agent / Corporate Project Manager at Advise Insurance Agency, where they have been since 2019. Prior to that, they worked in the same role at Bloom Insurance Agency starting in 2018.

From 2013 to 2015, Meredith served as the Director of Account Management - Technology at Bloom Insurance Agency. During this time, they launched a mobile app called Ascend in the Medicare industry and oversaw all aspects of new technology integration. Meredith managed client relationships and ensured client satisfaction with the organization's technology services.

Before joining Bloom Insurance Agency, Meredith was a Manager of Client Services at Gorman Health Group in 2012. From 2009 to 2012, they owned and managed Designs by Meredith, LLC, where they provided comprehensive interior design services and project management for residential and commercial clients.

From 2007 to 2009, Meredith worked as the Human Resources Manager at Finelight. Meredith provided strategic HR leadership for the advertising agency's offices in three different states. Meredith also managed a team of HR professionals and navigated downsizing during an economic downturn. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2007, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter at Finelight, where they coordinated recruiting efforts and assisted with performance reviews and event planning.

Meredith's early work experience includes a role as a Senior Underwriter/Umbrella Specialist at Cincinnati Financial Corporation from 2002 to 2006. In this position, they evaluated commercial risks, determined premium pricing, and provided customer service to independent insurance agents within their territory.

Meredith Rogers completed their Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Butler University. Additionally, they pursued Interior Design coursework at Indiana University Bloomington.
