The founding team at AdvisorShares has a long history of working in the finance industry. President and CEO, Sean O'Hara, previously worked at Arrow Funds as well as Rydex Investments. VP of Business Development, Noah Hamman, also has experience working in product development at FOLIOfn. In addition, the team is rounded out by members who have worked at various finance companies such as Fidelity Investments. All members of the team have a finance-related education, with Sean O'Hara holding a degree from the University of North Texas.
