M. Elizabeth Byam

M Elizabeth Byam is the Chief Operating Officer for Advisory Platform Solutions. In this role, Ms. Byam oversees the daily operations of the business and manages human resources, industry alliances, practice development, client projects, and the quality of the delivery.

Ms. Byam joined APS in 2005 as Director, Project Management. In this role she assisted TIAA-CREF's development of their newly-formed Wealth Management Group and introduced program management to T Rowe Price’s account access rewrite project.

Ms. Byam has held director and managerial positions in multiple industries, including professional consultancies, financial services, energy, and high-tech manufacturing companies. She has extensive internal and external consulting experience with such firms as Security Pacific National Bank (Bank of America), TRW Credit (Equifax), Morgan Stanley, Intel Corporation, T Rowe Price, TIAA-CREF, Vanguard, Westinghouse, Fluor Corporation, Los Angeles County Superior Courts, Consolidated Gas, Refrigerated Transport, Unisys, Government Telecommunications Inc, TVA, and Transamerica.

Ms. Byam has experience in all phases of product development and project management life cycles. Her specialties include corporate and business strategic evaluations through SWOT analysis, effectiveness reviews, organizational analysis, and process investigation; all phases of risk management at the project, program, business, and enterprise levels; all aspects of build versus buy decisions; implementation planning and strategic pilot selection; contract negotiation, administration, and maintenance agreements; and contract closeout.

Ms. Byam holds her MBA from the Anderson Schools at the University of New Mexico and a PMP from the Project Management Institute.
