Jim Pacelli

Jim Pacelli serves as the Vice President of Strategic Solutions of Advocate Capital. He joined Advocate Capital, Inc. in 2020 as a Director of Strategic Solutions serving FL, NY & UT. He currently oversees the Strategic Solutions Team and serves on the Executive Leadership Team.

Prior to joining Advocate Capital, Jim began his career in the legal industry with LexisNexis and has worked in legal finance for the past 20 years. He has extensive experience providing strategic solutions to law firms for litigation expenses and operating capital.

Jim’s focus is always to help successful plaintiff’s law firms achieve the highest results for their clients. His in-depth understanding of how contingent-fee firms are managed enables him to provide the best possible solution for the law firm to achieve this goal.

Jim is originally from Miami, FL but now lives in St. Augustine with his wife Denise. When not working, Jim enjoys the beach, playing guitar, golf, pickleball, and playing in cornhole tournaments.
