Cathy Larson, MSN, RN, CNML is a Clinical Manager of Operations in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Advocate Children's Hospital. Cathy has extensive experience in nursing leadership positions dedicated to creating, promoting, and managing quality improvement and safety projects. Prior to their current role, Cathy worked as a Registered Nurse in both the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Rush University Medical Center. Cathy also has experience as an ECMO Specialist, Clinical Faculty in General Pediatrics, Anesthesia Technician, and Marketing Manager. Cathy holds a Master's Degree in Nursing Science from RUSH University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Virginia.
