Mike Volante

Mike Volante serves as the Enterprise Vice President of Governmental Reimbursement at Advocate Health since January 2023, leading a multi-state team of cost reporting experts and overseeing Medicare, Medicaid, and TRICARE cost reports. Prior to this role, Mike held positions at Advocate Aurora Health and Advocate Health Care as Vice President and Director of Reimbursement respectively, managing significant revenue reporting and cost report preparation for multiple hospitals. Mike's extensive experience in reimbursement also includes leadership roles at Resurrection Health Care and UChicago Medicine, along with a senior consulting position at Arthur Andersen and auditing roles at Health Care Service Corporation. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of Illinois Chicago.
