Steve Driver

Steve Driver, MD, MPH, currently serves as the Medical Director for Digital Health Strategy at Advocate Health since May 2023 and is a Special Government Employee and Consultant to the FDA Advisory Committee on Digital Health & AI as of August 2024. With extensive experience in interventional cardiology, Driver has held positions such as Interventional Cardiologist and Interim Director of Structural Heart Disease at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center since October 2019, and previously served as the Medical Director of Digital Therapeutics and Associate Medical Director for Health Behavior Change at Advocate Aurora Health. A graduate of Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health with a Master's in Health Management and Policy and The Ohio State University College of Medicine with a Doctor of Medicine, Driver has also contributed to research in preventive cardiology and innovative health strategies, including financial incentives for health initiatives during tenure as a Scientific Officer at Gym-Pact, LLC.
