Victor Harrington

Victor Harrington is a seasoned recruitment marketing and talent attraction leader, currently serving as Director of Talent Attraction at Advocate Health since September 2025. Previously, Victor held multiple roles at Lifepoint Health® from August 2019 to September 2025, including AVP of Enterprise Recruitment Marketing and Division Director of Marketing & Communications for the Western Division, where strategic oversight was provided for over 130 hospitals. Earlier experience includes serving as Regional Director of Marketing and Business Development at UP Health System - Marquette, overseeing branding initiatives and communications for the organization, as well as various marketing roles at UP Health System - Portage. Victor also has officiated NCAA Division II basketball since October 2014. Victor holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Finlandia University.
