Colleen Mas

Colleen Mas is a seasoned Chaplain currently providing support at Advocate Aurora Health since August 2025, focusing on patient and family welfare as well as team advocacy for social, emotional, and spiritual wellness. Previously, Colleen held the position of Pastoral Care Manager at St. Camillus, emphasizing mentorship and leadership while promoting integrated pastoral care across diverse care settings. Colleen's extensive experience includes roles as a Chaplain at Cedar Community and St. Camillus, with a strong background in hospice, memory, and skilled nursing care. Additional experience includes serving as a Pastoral Associate at Holy Angels Catholic Church and as a Team Leader for a Parents Activities Club at Holy Angels School. Colleen holds a Certificate in Spiritual Direction from St. Catherine University, a Master of Arts in Lay Ministry from Cardinal Stritch University, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Notre Dame.
