Jackie Rouse

Jackie Rouse, MHA, DrPH, currently serves as the Area Vice President of Community Health for Advocate Health in the Midwest since July 2023. Prior to this role, Jackie Rouse has held various positions within Advocate Aurora Health, including Vice President of Community Health in Illinois and Director of Community Health, where responsibilities included overseeing community health programs and strategy development. Previous experience includes serving as Manager of Community Health Promotion at Advocate Trinity Hospital, where Jackie Rouse developed community needs assessments and strategic health plans. Additionally, Jackie Rouse worked as an instructor at Malcolm X College, teaching courses on business planning and grant writing, and held positions at Sinai Community Institute and Harris Methodist Fort Worth Hospital, focusing on community health initiatives and grant funding. Education credentials include a Doctor of Public Health from Walden University, an MS in Healthcare Administration from Texas Woman's University, and a BS in Medical Technology from the University of North Texas.
