Jennifer Frank

Jennifer Frank is a skilled Family Physician with extensive experience in healthcare leadership. Currently serving at Advocate Aurora Health since February 2022, Jennifer previously held various positions at ThedaCare, including Family Physician, Chief Medical Officer of the Clinically Integrated Network, and Senior Medical Director of Primary Care. In addition, Jennifer completed a Digital Health Fellowship at Doximity and has contributed to advancing women's leadership as a Chief Member. Jennifer's educational background includes a Doctor of Medicine from Boston University and a Family Medicine Residency from DeWitt Army Hospital, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Boston University. Prior experience includes service as a Family Physician and Medical Director in the US Army Medical Department and as a Family Physician at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics.
