Nichole Declue

Nichole DeClue, MPH, currently serves as the Manager of Service Line Administration for Surgical Specialties at Advocate Aurora Health, a position held since February 2018. In this role, Nichole effectively leads process improvement initiatives by utilizing project management methodologies. Prior to this, Nichole held various positions at Aurora Health Care, including Research Billing Analyst and Business Systems Analyst - Imaging, where responsibilities included analyzing Medicare billing policies and evaluating IT enhancement requests respectively. Previous experience also includes consulting roles in revenue cycle management and internships focused on health policy and community benefits. Nichole earned a Master of Public Health with a concentration in Health Policy and a Bachelor's degree in Health Management and Policy from Saint Louis University.
