Winifred Smith-Jenkins

Winifred Smith-Jenkins is currently the Director of Early Learning for Policy and Advocacy at Advocates for Children of New Jersey. Prior to this role, Winifred held the position of Senior Director at Zadie's of The Oranges. Winifred earned a Doctor of Education - EdD in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University, a Master's degree in Health Administration from Clemson University, and a Bachelor of Science - BS in Biology, General from Claflin University. Additionally, Winifred attended Tougaloo College from 1994 to 1998.
