Currently serving as the Sr. Operations Manager at Advocates for Human Potential, Inc., Katie leads program initiatives and develops standard operating procedures for federally funded projects. Prior to this role, Katie spent over six years at Amazon, progressing through multiple positions including Sr. Program Manager and Operations Manager, where responsibilities included strategic oversight of automated technology and logistics operations. Katie has also held significant roles in financial advisory and federal government contracting while maintaining a commitment to leadership development. Currently pursuing a Doctor's Degree in Strategic Leadership at Liberty University, Katie holds a Master's in Management with a concentration in Project Management and a Bachelor's in Business Administration/Humanities.
