Leif Eirik Thrane

Leif Eirik Thrane started their work experience in 2000 as an Attorney at Bugge, Arentz-Hansen & Rasmussen. In 2004, they joined Tieto Norway AS as Senior Legal Counsel/attorney, handling global legal aspects of M&A activities. Leif Eirik then became the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Tieto Norway AS from 2007 to 2012. Moreover, they worked as a Board Member at Tieto Denmark A/S from 2009 to 2012. And finally, since 2012, Leif Eirik Thrane has been a Partner and Head of Technology, Media & IPR at Haavind.

Leif Eirik Thrane attended the University of Bergen (UiB) from 1994 to 1999, where they obtained a degree in Law (Cand.juris). In 1997 to 1998, they also pursued further education at Bond University, earning a Master of International Trade Law (LLM degree).
