Jai Malvi

Jai Malvi is an experienced Production Officer currently serving as an Executive Production at Advy since August 2021, specializing in Rapid kit Production. With a detail-oriented and organized approach, Jai excels in solving operational problems and enhancing performance through the formulation of CRP and RFA Latex-based products. Responsibilities include the preparation and maintenance of essential documents such as SOPs, BMRs, Equipment Qualifications, Process Flowcharts, Process Validations, and Training Records, along with production scheduling and performing IPQA inspections on the production floor. Proficient in operating the ERP system Oracle Netsuite, Jai also serves as an Internal Auditor and is involved in Cleaning Validation. Prior to this role, Jai was a trainee at Envirocare Labs for a brief period in 2021, and holds a Master’s degree in Bioanalytical Sciences from G. N. Khalsa College, Mumbai, and a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from the University of Mumbai. Early education includes attendance at Vasant Vihar High School and Jr. College and Little Flower High School, both located in Thane.
