Naman Totala has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Naman is currently working as an Associate Vice President at Advy, where they are responsible for spearheading digitization initiatives and overseeing IT operations to drive organizational growth and efficiency. In this role, they develop and executes comprehensive digitization roadmaps and leads the implementation of Oracle NetSuite ERP system.

Prior to their current position, Naman was the General Manager - Business Excellence at Advy, where they also focused on digitization initiatives.

Before joining Advy, Naman worked at Hafele India Private Limited as a Business Excellence Manager, where they identified strategic projects and ensured their timely achievement. Naman also facilitated the implementation of the EFQM Excellence Model and collaborated with senior management to identify areas of improvement.

Naman also has experience as a Business Excellence Consultant at SSA Business Solutions (P) Ltd, where they utilized a range of methodologies to guide clients towards achieving process excellence and creating a self-sustaining customer experience.

Additionally, Naman worked as an Operations Manager at Poncho Hospitality Private Limited, where they managed day-to-day operations.

Naman Totala holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, which they obtained from the Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management. Naman pursued their MBA from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, Naman completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering (B.Tech) from Swami Keshwanand Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Naman'seducational background also includes completing their 12th grade with a focus on Mathematics at Sri Sathya Sai Vidya Vihar in Indore, spanning from 1991 to 2006.

Additionally, Naman Totala has obtained several certifications, including Digital Transformation, Foundations of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0), and RPA, AI, and Cognitive Tech for Leaders. Naman acquired these certifications from LinkedIn in April 2022.
