Kristen Santomauro

Kristen Santomauro started their work experience as a Marketing employee at The NPD Group in January 2012. During their time there, they collaborated with various teams to ensure the success of product marketing campaigns, focusing on tasks such as creating targeted lists and analyzing leads. Kristen was also responsible for managing and maintaining the CRM database.

In July 2014, Santomauro joined Nikon Instruments as a CRM Manager. Kristen held this role for seven years until October 2021, overseeing customer relationship management activities.

From October 2021 to August 2022, Santomauro worked as a Marketing Database Manager at Adwerx. In this position, they had responsibilities related to marketing data management.

In August 2022, they transitioned to the role of Revenue Operations Manager at Adwerx. Afterward, in March 2023, Santomauro was promoted to the position of Director of Revenue Operations, where they currently hold the role.

Kristen Santomauro completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Studies from SUNY Oneonta, graduating in 2009. In June 2022, they obtained certification in The Foundation for Effective Leadership Program from NextGen Center.
