Carl Ehrnrooth

Carl Ehrnrooth is an accomplished business leader with a strong background in revenue operations and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the Director of Revenue Operations at Handshake, Carl is responsible for go-to-market (GTM) innovation and the development of operational models. Previously, as CEO and Co-Founder of InkWorks, Carl defined product roadmaps and GTM strategies for the commercial printing sector, successfully raising capital for the venture. Carl also played a pivotal role at Fractal Software, incubating startups through the Entrepreneur in Residence program, and launched InkWorks to serve the custom manufacturing and commercial print industry. As Head of Revenue Operations at Unbabel, Carl managed operational strategies for a global sales organization, focusing on AI-driven solutions to break language barriers. Carl holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
