Richard Cant

Richard Cant is the current President at ADX Labs, Inc. Richard previously served as the Executive Vice President at the same company. With extensive experience in international trade and investment consultancy, Richard was the North American Director at Dezan Shira & Associates. Richard also held the position of Regional Director - Central China at the same company. Prior to this, Richard worked as a Partner at Ernst & Young Australia, where Richard specialized in taxation. With a background in Law from the University of Adelaide and a Masters of Law in Corporate and Tax Law from the University of Sydney, Richard is well-equipped to provide expert advice in various areas such as international tax structuring, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate reconstructions.
