Shikha Gupta

Shikha Gupta is a seasoned professional in the financial sector with extensive experience in cross-border payments and remittances. Currently serving as Business Head for Cross Border Payments at Cashfree Payments since November 2023, Shikha previously held the position of Director - Product Head for Cross Border Remittances at Visa from September 2021 to January 2024. Before that, Shikha led Cross Border Remittances initiatives at Open Financial Technologies, focusing on innovative solutions to benefit small merchants and freelancers. Earlier in the career, Shikha worked at RBL Bank as Head of Digital Forex Remittances and gained diverse banking experience with roles at ICICI Bank and HDFC Bank. Shikha holds a PGDBA in Marketing and Finance from the Principal L N Welingkar Institute of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Utkal University.
