Enterprise Support Team Lead at Stripe

James Lau has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as an Assistant Staff Officer in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) from February 2012 to December 2012. James then worked as a Youth Worker Intern at Youth for Christ from January 2013 to June 2013. Afterwards, they were a Project-based Analyst at Foodingo from January 2016 to May 2016. Following that, they joined Singapore Airlines as a Premium Services Intern from May 2016 to July 2016. James then moved on to RedMart, where they worked as a Graduate Trainee (Radgrad Program, Operations) from July 2017 to June 2018. James continued their career at Lazada Group, where they held the position of Senior Executive, Redmart Marketplace Operations from July 2018 to January 2020. Currently, James is working at Stripe, where they started as a Product Support Specialist (Priority & Enterprise Users) in January 2020 and later became the Enterprise Support Team Lead in March 2022.

James Lau graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2017 with a Bachelor with Honours (Distinction) in Business Administration, specializing in Operations and Supply Chain Management. Prior to that, they attended Temasek Junior College from 2009 to 2010, where they achieved their GCE A Levels. In 2022, James obtained the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification from the Project Management Institute.
