Shilpa Bangera

Shilpa Bangera is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the fintech and payments sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Product Officer and Global Head of Payments at Adyen since August 2023, Shilpa previously held prominent positions such as Chief Commercial Officer and Global Head of Platform Fintech GTM & Ecosystem at Finastra, and Chief Revenue Officer at Uber, where recognition included the 2020 Global Leadership Award. Additional roles include Senior Vice President at Fiserv, Managing Director at the London Stock Exchange Group, and Global Head of the International Banks Group at Bloomberg LP. Shilpa’s career commenced at Citi and JPMorgan Chase & Co., following academic achievements with a Bachelor's in Finance from the University of Mumbai and an MBA from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies.
