Jim Hilby is a seasoned project manager and educator with extensive experience in both academic and corporate environments. Currently serving as an Adjunct Instructor in the MBA Program at Concordia University Wisconsin since May 2014, Jim teaches courses in Project Management, Management Science, System Analysis and Design, and Decision Support Systems. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager positions at AE Business Solutions, New Resources Consulting, TEKsystems, and Froedtert Health, where Jim led substantial infrastructure projects and strategic initiatives in various sectors, including technology and healthcare. Early in their career, Jim held significant positions at Alverno College as CIO and the University of Wisconsin-Madison as Associate Director of Network Infrastructure. Jim's academic background includes a Master's degree in Information Systems Analysis and Design from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor's degree in Management from Colorado State University Pueblo.
