Brendan Gallagher

Brendan Gallagher is a financial professional with extensive experience in investment and capital markets. Currently serving as Vice President at AEA Investors LP since August 2021, Brendan previously held roles as an MBA Summer Associate at Cowan Nakios Group and Access Holdings in real estate and private equity, respectively. Brendan's background includes four years as a Leveraged Finance Associate at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where $10 billion in transaction proceeds were managed for mergers, acquisitions, and refinancings. Brendan also contributed as a Capital Markets Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, facilitating over 30 transactions totaling $100 billion and providing strategic advice to clients on capital markets activities. Educated at The Wharton School with an MBA and the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School with a JD, Brendan also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Middlebury College.
