Christa Bird

Christa Bird has over 25 years of work experience, with a focus on talent strategy solutions and human resources management. Christa is currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Talent Strategy Solutions at AEBetancourt. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief People Officer at Custom Profile for eight years, where they were responsible for policy generation, employee relations, compensation and benefits plans, and development of employees. Christa also prepared metrics for executive team review and board presentations. Before that, Christa was a Principal Consultant at Spetha Consulting for seven years, where they provided consulting services. Christa also has experience as a Consultant at Autodie, LLC., Partner at Madison Avenue Design, Human Resource Leader at Yum! Restaurants International, HR Leader at Pizza Hut, and Human Resources Generalist at Tribune Company. Throughout their career, they have had varied experiences involving recruiting, training, employee relations, and leadership development.

Christa Bird earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Industrial Organizational Psychology from DePaul University, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. In 2000, they pursued further education at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, graduating in 2003 with an MBA. During their time at Kellogg, they focused on studying Strategy, Organizational Behavior, and Entrepreneurship. Prior to their university education, Christa attended East Grand Rapids High School from 1989 to 1993.
