Erin then joined Lake Michigan Credit Union as a Human Resource Generalist, starting as a Generalist I and eventually becoming a Generalist II. In these roles, they gained experience in HR management and provided support to various departments. Currently, Erin is working at AEBetancourt as a Talent Development Specialist, where they focus on talent development initiatives. Erin has recently been promoted to Senior Consultant - Talent Development. Throughout their career, Erin has emphasized the importance of teamwork, documentation, and effective communication.
