Jason Bartuseck

General Manager Meyer Products / Vice President - North America After Market Sales at Aebi Schmidt

Jason Bartuseck has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jason started their career in 2004 as a Project Manager at Creative Home Improvement, where they coordinated projects and solved problems. In 2008, they joined Home Depot as a Sales Consultant, responsible for consultative sales and generating leads. Jason later became a Sales Manager, managing a territory of 13 stores and a team of sales consultants.

In 2011, Jason joined Winter Equipment Company as a Territory Manager, where they managed a territory of seven states and Ontario, Canada, overseeing a significant portion of the company's sales volume. In 2016, they moved to MeteoGroup as a Key Account Executive, promoting weather solutions to transportation-related businesses. Jason then joined the Aebi Schmidt Group in 2017 as a Key Account Manager, focusing on winter maintenance solutions for municipalities and airports in North America.

Jason's career at Aebi Schmidt Group steadily progressed, with roles such as Strategic Sales Manager, Manager of Sales Strategy and Marketing, and Director of Sales Strategy and Marketing in North America. Jason eventually became the Vice President of North America After Market Sales. In 2023, they took on the additional responsibilities of being the General Manager of Meyer Products.

Throughout their career, Jason has gained experience in sales, account management, strategic planning, and leadership. Jason has expertise in the transportation, construction, and winter maintenance industries.

Jason Bartuseck holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Malone University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Kent State University. In addition to their degrees, they have also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC) in January 2019.
