Kurt Ballweg

Kurt Ballweg has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Kurt is currently serving as the CFO - North America at Aebi Schmidt Group since April 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Executive Vice President of Finance at Demco, Inc. for over 11 years, from September 2010 to February 2022.

Other prominent roles in their career include VP of Operational Finance at Cleaver-Brooks from August 2008 to September 2010, Director of Operations at Industrial Combustion from September 2006 to August 2008, and Controller at Marconi Communications from November 1996 to November 2001.

Kurt's early career includes roles as Assistant Controller, Senior Cost Accountant/Analyst, and Staff Accountant at Thermo Electron from 1991 to 1996. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in finance, operational excellence, and strategic decision-making.

Kurt Ballweg earned an Associates degree in Finance, Real Estate, and Insurance from Madison Area Technical College from 1989 to 1991. Kurt then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Management from Upper Iowa University, completing it from 1991 to 1993. After that, Kurt attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Quality and Operations Management between 1999 and 2001.
