Anthony Starns

Anthony Starns, CCP, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in compensation analysis and program management. Currently serving as a Senior Compensation Analyst at Associated Electric Cooperative Inc. since March 2021, Anthony leads the planning and administration of compensation programs and provides data-driven insights to executive and HR teams. Previous roles include HR Manager at NorthStar Group, where Anthony directed HR for a large manufacturing operation, and Manager of HR Special Projects at TrakMotive, focusing on compensation benchmarking and structural reviews. Anthony also has a robust background in HR leadership, having served as Director of HR at TrakMotive and as President/Owner of Deka Engineering.
