Alexandra Patrick Benzel is an experienced compensation analyst with a robust background in employee compensation strategies and business analytics. Currently serving as a Senior Compensation Analyst at Learning Care Group, Alexandra is responsible for researching and designing compensation structures and monitoring compensation trends across multiple states.
