Alicia Marchman

Alicia Marchman, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition for the Americas and Enterprise Capabilities at AECOM since November 2008. In this role, Alicia oversees global talent acquisition technology and strategic initiatives, acting as a change agent and strategic advisor to various teams. Alicia has held multiple positions within AECOM's Talent Acquisition function, including Operations Talent Acquisition Lead and Manager Talent Acquisition, contributing to enterprise-wide projects such as the Workday implementation. Prior positions include Senior Recruiter at Washington Division of URS Corporation, where Alicia led recruitment for a nuclear office, and Recruitment/Client Manager at RCS Corporation, focused on staffing nuclear projects nationwide. Alicia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of South Carolina Aiken.
