Dolores Fletcher

Dolores Fletcher is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in application development, particularly within Salesforce solutions. Currently serving as the Director of Application Development for Sales and Marketing at AECOM since June 2017, Dolores oversees the growth of the Salesforce platform and collaborates with business stakeholders to establish technology roadmaps. Previous roles include Salesforce Business Advisor at CBRE, where Dolores developed Salesforce-based solutions and led a technical team, and IT Application Manager at United American Insurance Company, managing the implementation of an IBM Cognos ICM solution. Dolores has also held project management and consulting positions at several organizations, contributing expertise in incentive compensation management and Salesforce configuration. Dolores holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Texas at El Paso.
