Dominika Pigal

Dominika Pigal is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources across multiple regions and companies, currently serving as the Global Human Resources Business Partner Senior Director for Enterprise Capabilities at AECOM. Since joining AECOM in May 2018, Dominika has held several leadership roles in HR operations, transformation, and strategic development, focusing on recruitment, talent management, onboarding procedures, and legal compliance. Prior roles include HR Manager for Talent Management at Polpharma, Learning & Development Manager at MetLife, and Communication and Public Relations Lead at Volvo Polska. Dominika is an accomplished educator in the field of HR, having taught postgraduate courses at Koźmiński Business Academy and holds a Master’s degree in Finance, Banking, and Insurance from the University of Warsaw, complemented by specialized training in Public Relations and coaching.
