Garrett Harper

Garrett Harper is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in advisory services and project management, currently serving as the Regional Business Line Leader for AECOM Advisory, overseeing operations across the western and central United States. With a significant background in leading integrated teams, Garrett specializes in urban planning, sustainable economics, and transformative project development. Having held key positions at AECOM since 2012, including Vice President and Associate Principal, Garrett has directed efforts on major infrastructure and real estate development strategies. Prior experience includes management roles at JLL and CBRE, focusing on commercial leasing and development advisory in Vietnam, as well as initial roles in finance at Ford Motor Company. Garrett holds a BA in Economics from Connecticut College.
