Jennifer Frownfelter

Jennifer Frownfelter is an experienced professional in environmental planning and permitting, currently serving as Vice President at AECOM since February 2000. Frownfelter manages teams across the Pacific Northwest, Alaska, and Northern California, overseeing various departmental functions, including impact assessments and permitting, for approximately 80 staff members. Previous roles at AECOM include Vice President for the Western U.S. and the Gulf Coast Power Business Line, where responsibilities involved client relations and strategic growth in consulting services. Early career experiences include working as an Environmental Planner for Maricopa County Planning Department and as a Forestry Technician for the US Forest Service.
