Michaela Roast, Assoc. CIPD, has held the position of HR Manager at AECOM since June 2013, where responsibilities include partnering with business leaders to implement people strategies and provide HR advice to enhance business outcomes. Previously, Michaela served as an Employee Relations Advisor at AECOM, delivering specialist advice on employment policies and managing employee relations issues. Michaela began the HR career as a Human Resources Graduate, gaining experience across various HR functions. Prior experience includes working as a Human Resources Assistant and Outreach Coordinator at Astrium, Inc., where responsibilities involved organizing career fairs and supporting recruitment initiatives. Michaela holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management and a BA in Management from the University of Hertfordshire.
