Xolani Mandidi

Xolani Mandidi is an Associate Engineer at AECOM since September 2017, leading the Centurion Building Civils team in designing solutions for civil services and infrastructure. In addition to engineering responsibilities, Xolani also serves as the Centurion Office Manager, fostering collaboration among staff and promoting staff well-being through engagement initiatives. Prior experience includes work as a Senior Engineer and Engineer at Storey ENG Pty Ltd, where civil and structural engineering projects were managed, and as a Civil Engineer at Arup, contributing to civil engineering services in Ngezi, Zimbabwe. Xolani holds a BSc Eng in Civil Engineering from the University of Cape Town and completed a Business of Consulting Engineering Development Programme at the School of Consulting Engineers in 2020.
