Elly Shobeiri P.eng

Elly Shobeiri P.Eng, PMP has a diverse range of work experience in the engineering and project management field. From 2006 to 2011, Elly worked as a Project Engineer for MAPNA Group, focusing on Instrumentation and Control projects. Elly then joined AECOM as an Electrical & Instrumentation Project Engineer from 2012 to 2013. In 2013, Elly moved on to WSP in Canada, working as an Electrical Project Engineer until 2014. From 2014 to 2016, Elly served as a Project Manager at Sanofi Pasteur. Since 2016, Elly has been employed at Aecon Group Inc., starting as the Readiness Lead for CANDU Tooling management before progressing to the role of Field Engineering - Electrical Discipline Lead. Elly's most recent positions at Aecon Group include Project Manager (Area Manager) and currently, Deputy Project Director.

Elly Shobeiri P.Eng, PMP is currently a PhD candidate in Nuclear Engineering at Ontario Tech University, with an expected completion date of 2023. Elly Shobeiri holds a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) certification from the University of Toronto in 2018 and a Marketing certificate from the same institution in 2017. Elly Shobeiri also completed a Competitive Intelligence program at the University of Toronto in 2017. Elly Shobeiri obtained a Situational Leadership Certificate from The Center for Leadership Studies (CLS) and a Project Management certification from the University of Toronto in 2014. Elly Shobeiri holds a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Concordia University, completed in 2014. Elly Shobeiri'seducation journey began with a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology - Tehran Polytechnic, obtained between 2001 and 2005. Elly Shobeiri has also obtained certifications in Marketing, PMP (Project Management Professional), and PEng (Professional Engineer) from the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies, the Project Management Institute, and Professional Engineers Ontario respectively.
