Jenna Wood

Jenna Wood, MBA, CHRL has a comprehensive and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Jenna currently holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Aecon Group Inc. starting in March 2023. Prior to this, Jenna held the role of Senior Director and Director of Human Resources at the same company from November 2020 to March 2023 and May 2018 to November 2020, respectively. Jenna began their career at Aecon Group Inc. as a Human Resources Manager in May 2017 and worked until April 2018.

Before joining Aecon Group Inc., Jenna worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Roche from May 2015 to April 2017. Additionally, they worked in various roles at Aecon Group Inc. from April 2012 to May 2015, including HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, and HR Administrator.
