Alissa Ott-Walsh

Alissa Ott-Walsh has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Alissa started their career at the Sundance Institute as a Logistics and People Coordinator, where they managed press scheduling, budgets, and logistics for various film events. Alissa then joined Belladonna Productions as a Production and Talent Coordinator + Office Manager, responsible for coordinating communication, scheduling, and logistics for production teams.

Following that, Alissa worked at Centrallo as a Community Impact and Marketing Manager, where they implemented marketing campaigns and built partnerships to promote brand awareness. Alissa later became the Lead of Community Impact and Marketing, taking on additional responsibilities in organizing networking events and brand training.

Alissa then joined SoulCycle Inc., initially as a Studio Manager, where they built and led a team focused on providing excellent customer service. Later, in the role of People Experience Manager, they created onboarding programs, conducted trainings, and oversaw employee immersion processes.

After SoulCycle, Alissa joined goTenna as the People Operations Lead, contributing to the development of off-grid communication technologies. Alissa then transitioned to the role of Director of People Operations, leading strategic HR initiatives, organizational development, and high-volume recruiting.

Currently, Alissa is employed at Innovid, where they hold the position of Director of Human Resources. Effective from August 2022, they will assume the role of Senior Director Human Resources.

Alissa Ott-Walsh attended Detroit Country Day School from 2004 to 2008, where they completed their high school education. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Film Production at the University of Notre Dame from 2008 to 2012.
