Natali Falero

Natali Falero has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Natali began their career as a Bilingual Community Worker for Bienvenue à NDG, where they recruited and trained volunteers, organized integration activities, and set up information kiosks. Natali then worked as an Agente d'accueil at Centre Multi-Ecoute, where they provided information to newcomers and refugees and organized workshops. Natali also worked as a Spanish Teacher and Entrepreneur, teaching Spanish and running their own business. Natali later joined IGT as a Bilingual Moderator, where they monitored chat rooms, assisted with marketing strategies, and provided customer service. At George Brown College, they served as an Event Planner and Student Success Coach, providing peer coaching, preparing orientations, and organizing events. Natali then moved onto roles at Dragados Canada, Inc., where they served as a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Advisor and later as a Bilingual Human Resources Business Partner. Natali executed recruitment plans, maintained a thorough understanding of staffing needs, and reported directly to the VP of Human Resources. Natali also worked at Kiewit as a Bilingual Sr. Talent Acquisition Advisor, partnering with business leaders, sourcing and interviewing candidates, and executing full life-cycle recruitment. Most recently, Natali has been working at Aecon Group Inc., first as a Bilingual Business Partner in Talent Acquisition, and currently as a Talent Acquisition Lead. In their current role, they conduct full life-cycle recruitment and identifies sourcing strategies. Natali is currently employed at ONxpress Transportation Partners as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, where they are responsible for talent acquisition for the international partnership.

Natali Falero has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Universidad de San Martín de Porres, which was obtained in the years 2002 to 2007. Natali also has a Certificat en Action Communautaire in Social Work from Université de Montréal, obtained in the year 2013 to 2014. In 2016 to 2017, they earned a Diploma in English for Academic Purposes from George Brown College. Natali followed this with a Postgraduated Diploma in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from George Brown College, which they completed from 2017 to 2019. Natali Falero also holds a certification in Lego Serious Play from Play4Business, obtained in the year 2024.
