Natalie Gitter

Natalie Gitter has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Natalie recently held the position of Chief of Staff at AEC, starting in July 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Communications and HR Director at the same company starting from January 2021. From January 2020 to January 2021, Natalie was the Corporate Development & Communications Director at AEC. Natalie also has extensive experience in business development, having worked as the Business Development Director from February 2014 to January 2020, and as the Business Development Manager from January 2012 to February 2014, both at AEC. In the earlier years of their career, Natalie worked at Auto Magnus GmbH as the Sales & Marketing Manager from October 2007 to 2013, and at Auto1000 GmbH as a Sales Representative from May 2005 to September 2007.

Natalie Gitter attended the Technical University of Munich from 2005 to 2007, where they studied architecture. From 2009 to 2012, they pursued a BA (Hons) degree in Business Studies & Leadership and Management at OU Business School. Lastly, from 2016 to 2021, Natalie obtained a Master of Liberal Arts (ALM) in Extension Studies with a focus on Business Administration and Management from Harvard University.
