Brand Marcom Manager - Dodge & RAM at AEC

Rose Pizzo has a diverse range of work experience in the automotive industry. Rose started their career as an International Operations Intern at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles in 2015. Rose then worked at FCA as an International Project Specialist, where they tracked industrial/commercial milestones for international Jeep and RAM launches and implemented a Global Company Car program.

Rose later transitioned to the role of International Market Lead for the EMEA region, where they identified product rationalization and expansion opportunities and developed/launched product lineup changes. Rose also created the International Customer First Award for Excellence program to drive customer retention and satisfaction.

After their time at FCA, Rose joined AEC as a Product Marketing & Production Manager for Dodge and RAM. Rose spearheaded the design of an internal department structure and managed the product lifecycle actions to drive sales and brand growth. Rose then moved on to become a Product Marketing Manager for the same brands, overseeing the development and management of product lifecycle actions and driving sales volume and revenue.

In their most recent role at AEC, Rose served as a Brand Marcom Manager for Dodge and RAM. Rose oversaw brand management and marketing, including event execution, agency coordination, budgeting, and campaign direction. Rose also developed marketing copy and assets and executed brand partnership strategies. Additionally, they handled event planning and on-site activation for various dealership openings and trade shows.

Rose Pizzo has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in International Business and Supply Chain Management from Grand Valley State University. In addition, they have obtained certifications in the Kellogg Accelerated Marketing Leadership Program from Kellogg Executive Education in June 2022 and in the Basics of Supply Chain Management from APICS.
