Allan Kerr

Allan Kerr has a strong background in SQL Server management and database administration. Allan started their career in 2005 at Buy4Now, where they worked as a SQL DBA and Server Engineer, managing SQL Server 2008, 2005, and 2000 in clustered and mirrored setups. Allan also had responsibilities for Windows Server management, IIS, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and SharePoint.

In 2009, Allan joined Visit Britain as a Senior Production DBA, overseeing 30 production SQL Servers and implementing high availability and disaster recovery solutions. Allan also played a key role in designing data warehouses and creating cubes in SSAS, as well as authoring reports in SSRS.
