Jack Smith

Jack Smith is a seasoned IT professional with over a decade of experience in endpoint infrastructure and event support, currently serving as Endpoint Infrastructure Manager at AEG Europe since October 2012. In this role, Jack manages servers and business systems across major European venues, ensuring maintenance, upgrades, and security. Previously, Jack progressed through various IT support roles at AEG Europe, Flashbay Inc, Dell, and Impulse Media, demonstrating a strong ability to provide user support, troubleshoot IT issues, and manage hardware diagnostics.
